Well this will be my first ever blog post! Woo Hoo! A little about me to start off with! I am married and have a lovely little pup named Fonzie!!! My husband and I met at church youth group however we did not start dating until after we were both out of high school! We are both very involved in our local church and are the leaders for the middle school youth group! I enjoy anything art related and I tend to be very social! I am a counselor by day working with underprivileged children with mental health disorders! I get the chance to work with them throughout the school day keeping them in class, intervening when they have problems and doing individual and group counseling! I love it! I always have very interesting stories to tell of what my kids said today or what they did! They definitely keep me on my toes! However it is also a very emotionally draining position and on certain days I have no patience by the time I get home!
This was quite an exciting year for Jon and I and we were able to do more traveling than usual! We went to the Bahamas and Las Vegas along with some other little weekend trips! They were both wonderful and we had a fabulous time! We are hope that 2011 has many more adventures awaiting for us!
